About a year and a half ago, I decided to invest some money into the bio fuel industry. After some research on numerous companies, I decided to invest in U.S. Sustainable Energy Corp.(PK.USSE) and Sustainable Power Corp. (PK:SSTP). I started buying shares in May 2007 and have since accumulated 100 000s shares of both companies. Since that time I have been keeping track of the company's growth and I am very happy with the progress I see. The technology is fully proven, we have many serious partners in the USA, Europe, Malaysia and CA. The company is close to the mass production of Vertroleum and Bio Fuels which will lead to big success throughout the world. In this time SEC began litigation against U.S. Sustainable Energy Corp. and John Rivera. As an investor I want to say that I fully trust and support John Rivera and U.S. Sustainable Energy Corp. I am sure that SEC's actions are directed to harm or destroy the company's business. These SEC actions do not protect me as an investor but can cause me to lose part or all of my hard earned invested money. I want to proclaim my protest against these actions.

My personal relationship with you goes back to the days of Pilot Environmental Industries and then onto Titan Technologies. Subject: Show of Support and Possible New Use/Business for the Rivera Process

Dear Mr. Rivera,

I am a long-time shareholder and believer in you and your process. Keep up your head and continue your fight.

Your words in your Investor Village message also made me decide to finally write you about another avenue I think that USSE/SSTP could make this country better.

First a quick background about me. I grew up on a farm in northern Iowa in the heart of corn and soybean country. After high school, I attended Iowa State University and received an construction/civil engineering degree. I currently live in West Des Monies, IA and work as a general contractor.

Growing up on a farm, I saw how dependant and usually helpless the farmer was to his input costs and corn/bean markets. My business plan for your Rivera Process to help the farmer would be to build a series of strategically placed Rivera reactors across the Midwest where farmers could bale their corn stover and bean stubble after harvest and bring these feed stocks to the Rivera plant. In return, the farmers would be allotted fuel and fertilizer based on their amount of feed stocks brought in. It would be a perfect green cycle. Waste product turns into fuel and fertilizer in turn turns into crops for food for the public sector.

The beauty of this cooperative system is that farmers could act as owners of the inputs/outputs while USSE/SSTP would just be the plant operator controlling the Rivera Process. Since the farmers theoretically would own the feed stocks, fertilizer and fuel, I think USSE/SSTP may be able to get around having to have a permit to sell fuel because no real fuel sales would be made. USSE/SSTP would simply get a royalty for the processing of the byproducts. The scale of the number to these processing plants across the Midwest could be enormous.

I have been following and investing in your technology/stocks for quite a few years now, back in your EFTI/Stanton days. I have spoken to you on the phone several times back in 2006 during the BIG run.

I believed in what you were saying and thought your were an honest, God fearing individual, I hope I was not wrong.
